Ingredients
4 thick slices of a bread of your choice
4 slices of Bernoise ham
Red wine onion confit
4 slices of Maréchal
Arugula
Olive oil
Sea salt
Preparation
- Lightly toast each side of the slices of bread (in the toaster).
Place slices of bread on a baking sheet.
On each slice of bread, place a slice of Bernese ham, a good spoonful of onion confit and a slice of Maréchal.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F and 2 minutes in Broil.
For the presentation, stir the arugula in olive oil, place in plates with the tartines and sprinkle sea salt.
