It contains four delicious cheeses on an elegant tray:

• Le Douanier, a Québec cheese crossed by a line of vegetable ash
• Le Gruyère Kaltbach, a cheese aged 12 months in a natural sandstone cave
• Pic Amour, a cheese coated with blueberries and cranberries that macerated in alcohol
• La Tentation de Laurier, a creamy cheese

Cheeses are accompanied by dried pears and figs, almonds and quince paste.
