Ingredients for garlic bread
- 1 baguette cut into 20 slices
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Ingredients for spread
- 200 g (7 oz.) Maréchal cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 tomatoes with the seeds removed and cut into small cubes
- 2 sticks of celery cut into small cubes
- 1 bunch marjoram, chopped
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Celery leaves to garnish
Method
For the garlic bread, mix the butter and the pressed cloves of garlic and season. Spread the garlic butter on the slices of baguette and toast under the grill or brown in a pan.
For the spread, mix all the ingredients and apply to the garlic bread. Garnish with the celery leaves.
