Ingredients for 4 people
- 600 g chicken fillets cut in 4 portions
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g Comtomme
- Salt, pepper, mixed herbs to taste
- Olive oil
Method
In a frying pan oven safe, heat olive oil and turnover fillets on each side until fillets are cooked. Season them with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
Cut tomatoes into slices and put them on each fillet. Top with sliced Comtomme. Broil in the oven for a few minutes. Serve hot with a salad or with green vegetable.
