Made with first quality pork, this soft dry sausage is characterized by its dark red cut and its unique scent.
The Jesus is dried for a minimum of eight weeks. Finely sliced, enjoy it with other cold cuts and crudités. Its name comes from the fact that it was traditionally eaten at Christmas.
