Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 Mozzarella di bufala Campana
For the salad
- 1/2 chopped fennel
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoons (15 mL) orange juice
- Salt and pepper
- Orange zest
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for the salad and let stand 2 hours.
Make slices with the Mozzarella di bufala and the orange and alternate them to create the Napoleon.
Lay the Napoleon on the salad.
